Dilution

I think the market is scared that Becker is going to recklessly issue millions of low-priced options and dilute the stock even further.  That has been his modus operandi in the past.

After the stock of PRY has lost millions of dollars for investors, the issuance of millions of options would be the last straw. 

Management would lose all crediblity and the stock would take a huge hit.

I think questionable actions by Management is the reason why some instituional investors do not like this company.

Balderdash! Management has been excellent, and if anyone can get thiscompany through this tough play, it is Becker and gang. Options are a form of remuneration. Let it go. Terr

Management has been excellent? are you kidding me when was the last update? tell us what is going on with operations is waterflood working?  are they drilling? Sitting close to a 52 week low

The SP had sunk 70+% before anything related to the Options happened - Pinecrest is doing what every other company on the Venture is doing in a horrible market they are re-pricing thier options. Of course it's obvious they will re-issue them why would the market be surprised by this? They won't be diluting any further than it already was not to mention they're spending $20 million to ...more
