This is about what we expect from waterfloods in general.

I don't think waterfloods increase base production that much, or not for long. Declines continue but at a slower rate. If Declines can be brought low enough the PRY will turn out much better off.
Here's a nice .pdf file on waterflooding, though I admit it doesn't explicitly say much about rates of decline.

Which might explain how we haven't budged on share price despite WTI being up.
