Thoughts On Your Voting Packet You Were Mailed

Does it not seem strange that electing new directors and setting the count at 5 and the timing of it when the stock is @.10 a little odd? This company is broke! Just sell the dam thing! What do they want? Put their buddies on the board and drain the last penny out of the company to pay 5 board members for a .10 stock! The company didn't care what we thought till it hit .10 and spiraling in the drain! Please, just sell this company to someone smart enough to run it! JMHO

I never read them, just tossed the material out, I would have voted against if I knew these cork soakers paid them selves bonuses! I guess this is part of whey we are at a dime.

Catalac, I was really hoping current management would sell to a bigger or more knowledgeable company but .10 in my opinion is too low for that. So now we are left with few options. What really ticks me off is stubborn management has ran this in the ground (paying themselves big money in the process) while we longs take our losses on the chin. Then somehow throw out this packet (like a life ...more

sherbrooke1 Yes, I did the same thing with my proxyvote. Nice to see your comments. This is turning into a very sad joke on shareholders while company officers are getting paid like royaly.
