Voting proxy is in..... could somebody explain what is a company 10% rolling stock option plan.....

With the proxy in.....could one shareholder respond to what is positive or not positive in this voting....I am a big believer of this new company but at the same time i will not vote for insiders profitable greed......

It means the public should buy as many shares as possible and HOLD before employees roll out their stock purchase plan which will raise the price of the shares. $upply & Demand etc. (Kinda like how they can’t keep them on the shelves) Their issue right now is shipping what a nice problem to have. All they have to do is screw Canada Post and hire a Freezer Truck eh? Make Jackfruit Great ...more
