Waiting for upward trend

Will wait for upward trend, and better profits/revenue which sould come, then upward trending.. IF they are reporting the facts..their property ownership is very small, with huge debt now... 
hope is does not go below the dollar point !!

Looking from January forward, this past year, I would say its been downward.. unless I'm missing something?   so, this Ahsocks ?  all including dilution into Nazdaq...
