price continues 8.25% plummet

if they are issuing new stock now, to raise capital,  with lesser buyers because of news.. they will be driving there own sp down, if this is the case with 8.25% drop today. they are putting themself into bankruptcy...where ? would they be getting advice from, supposed to be board of directors....
