I live in western canada. this office was raided, "notice of application" served. To date, still surounded by brown paper, location near local major hospital, very visible .....gone!!  its sad when your hard earned investment dollars are scamed by a smooth talking con artist. locally they are actually using dating sites to trap potential victims. The unfortunate reality in TSX companies is that enforcement is mostly by complaint and even then pretty lax.

agreed.... it was the "Nazdaq" listing that will prove fatal ! holding companies to rule, in the USA is another level game. NOT for the faint of heart..... class action lawsuites will be applied for.
