I bought this awhile back at much higher prices. the dividend was decent back then, now it's remarkable! I am thinking of averaging down, which is often a trap. Am I missing something here?

those are all good points, plus some of it's components have been long established Canadian business and like most re-incorporated "Trusts" the directors, management and shareholders are all aligned. Pay us the dividend. I have been a shareholder for about a year and really should buy a little more at these prices.

Europe/Spain investment doesn't seem to show good timing.  Us market still struggling and little product differentiation, lots of competition.  High  corporate overheads of public company.
