There is nothing to indicate they uplist to NYSE right after commerial production. It is just your guess.
There is nothing to claim that the share price will increase because of it.  Did it increase share price from TSX V upgrade to TSX, share consolidation, higher share price ? The company said it would.  NO it did nothing.
NYSE is expensive, time consuming and to get listed on.  But will at least, once achieved, force Victoria to adhere to a much more stringent set of reporting guidelines and honest them up more.
