It is good news. I can assure you that Coeur has no interest in only a 20% stake. They will buy VIT out. They have a historry of buying out companies. Coeur has been one of my core positions for years. I knew Victoria would get bought out, but I didn't expect it to be by CDE,

I am 99% certain they are going to aquire the rest of the shares. The only question is how much of a premium are they going to offer. I am surprised Victoria shareprice isn't up higher. Now maybe James can admit that I was right about why John wasn't aggressively pursuing a NY listing.

Realistically I don't see a bidding war if CDE has already sucked up %20. More likely CDE offers a share swap at %15-20 premium. Not the payout we were hoping for, but that's my prediction.

Looks to me that management and the Board will be pushing the exploration and production teams hard over the next six months, they have a lot of skin in the game, shares and options.
