Ummmm, well John the CEO of Victoria Gold did acknowledge the lawsuit, did you not see the press release ?  Should they not get legal representation and show up in court either or arbitration?  So the company that has collected $5.5 Billion in settlements is just wasting their pro bono time on something that has zero potential in their expert eyes....haha.  Ok.  Maybe nothing
