Stockwatch says the claim is based on the prospectus filings. The prelim. is dated Sept. 18th and the final Sept. 25th, 2020. No projections are stated. To the contrary warnings as to early stage ramp up difficulties are clearly stated throughout the documents.

As far as documents included, you can look to P. 18 to throw that argument in the trash.   Revenues and Guidance Victoria has recently achieved commercial production at the Eagle Gold Mine however, is still in the operational ramp-up phase leading up to full production capacity.
