Any insight would be helpful..

Just saw this on another board. Will this effect shareholders, or just agreement between Orion and Coeur?

"Another detail not highlighted in the news release, but within the associated filings is that in the event of a future bid to acquire a majority stake, Orion would get 75% of the spread between that future bid price, and the C$13.20 price for this transaction, during the period of the support agreement, which we understand is for six (6) months."
