If it is not institutional there would have been a report out and their retail folks would have access to the report.  Thus the report would have seeped out to the investing community.  
Orion is smart to move some now to pad their cash position for their next investment somehwere else.  It seems obvious that ther is no buyer and that John is on his own for another year.  That is fine.  They have aplan to get to 250,ooo ozs per year.  Just do it and send me some dividends.  In the meantime, it is getting ugly at Raven with the Polar Bears.  All drilling stopped and WWF is coming in to negotiate with the head bear.  I don't know, might cause the SP to fall further but, since I am such a good mood, I will be there to catch some and help support the price in the $16's.

Zoom call I would think unless they get over 10%.  I would think it is one of the existing funds.
