Going it alone

If John does go it alone, after all he is an explorer first, then a builder, not a manager or CEO. No divy just build Raven( very little borrowing, with the cash flow being produced)), then buy out Banyan and build that one (still almost nor borrowing as Banyan will be bought with Victoria shares if additional money is needed), The alternative is a buyout premium for VGCX,and John cashes out, joins the board of Banyan then he and the missus build and explore out Banyan..

If Raven is a mine then $25 is a no go.  That offer literally would have to come before Raven gets proven out.  That interview sheds light on quite a bit.  Again, no subterfuge.  He didn't equivicate.  Raven was pretty much a done deal.  Qualifier is leachable and Gold prices at these levels.  Waiting for another deposit in Wife's RRSP now.  Will get ...more
