An opportunity to get the answers you want

Cruxinvestor in interviewing Victoria next week and is looking for questions on the CEO platform. My experience with Cruxinvestor is, when the questions are posed with no hostility, they are usually asked and answered.

If you do not have a CEO account, or, for what ever reason, do not with to ask the question, you can private message me here an I will anonymously ask the question for you, word for word. Its free to try.

This is a great opportunity to find answers and perhaps some comfort with your investment. I already posed the following questions out of my own curiosity.

1)I'm wondering about Victoria's mechanical limitations, prior to project 250's completion; Does Victoria currently have the mechanical capacity to produce and stack 1 mil tonnes per month for a yearly total of 12 mil tonnes? If not, what is the mechanical capacity currently?

2)What is estimated CAPEX for project 250 and will it be funded out of the current available credit?

3) How much of a production delay is expected during the construction of Project 250?

4) What is Victoria's strategy in delaying drill results for Eagle and Raven?

5) Has the pressure to be acquired diminished, or is there still aggressive interest? Thanks, appreciated

All the Best

Great question!  Does anyone know what lab they use? If any drill results have been delivered, good or bad,is that not "material" information that they are mandated to reveal in a timely matter?

To put this even more into context consider this: Banyan issued a NR on March 6, 2021 saying that they had started drilling AurMac and on April 27 issued their first drill results.  Since then they have issued a total of 12 drill result news releases. Victoria also started drilling in March 2021 and have issued zero news releases with drill results.  In the last Crux Investor interview ...more

fasttrack5, your post makes it look like that I am saying that I am impressed with Banyan's drill results.  Nothing could be further from the truth.  IMO they are mediocre at best with most holes sub 0.5 g/t and many holes with no mineralization at all.  Just look at the gaps in the drill hole numbers reported. If you want to know what spectacular drill results look like, check ...more

MVargus : what part of this don't you understand :) https://stockhouse.com/news/press-releases/2021/12/14/banyan-gold-reports-72-4m-of-1-73-g-t-au-at-the-powerline-deposit-aurmac I'm impressed and if Tara & company are successful in proving up 3 to 5 million ounces.  For my committed investment that will be spectacular. no doubt that new found has a great property ...more

I should also add that all of the Banyan news releases are reviewed and approved by Paul Gray, Banyan's VP of exploration.  That is the same Paul Gray that is Victoria's VP of Technical Services. Paul Gray doesn't receive a salary from Banyan, but his salary and bonuses are paid by Victoria.  His 2020 total compensation was more than $655,000.  Of course that pales in ...more

Follow on question for drill results would be timing of new resource estimate based on continuing delays from labs? What is the short term plan for additional purchases of Banyan stock? Is there a particular %age they aspire to own by end of 2022? Is there a priority for VGCX between debt repayments, acquisition of Byn shares and dividends? All 3 have been mentioned through PR's or action over ...more

All very good questions that we are all waiting on the answers for as long as we can trust that they will be answered truthfully. Thanks for the post.

Just for fun, this is what one might expect as answers: Re item 1.: 1 mil tonnes per month won't quite cut it.  12,000 tonnes x 0.8g/t x 0.75 (recovery) / 31.1 g/t = 231K oz/yr.  0.8 g/t is already much higher than the FS reserve grade and as per the FS, grades are expected to decline.

At the end of the day, asking questions and posting here and on CEO will likely have no affect on the SP, but may spark a converation that changes ones opinion on holding an equity, positively  or negitively. For the most part, I enjoy these conversations and look for the positive gains in knowledge. You just never know who is going to say something that changes the way you look at things ...more
