From a trading point of view, unless they take part in the shorting....their shares are locked up and thus do not trade.  That makes the float even tighter.  They will however be a thorn for a sale though as they would exercise the condition whereas we can all get more shares at a discount of the takeout is not friendly.  I think if they can pull off the screening plant and prove
