Slam, seeing as how the lowball offer was rejected last year, do you anticipate a better offer now? Or, do you think Coeur moved on from the idea of a buyout?

There has been not a whiff of making an offer from any interview .He gets asked about Victoria but he says he can't go into detail .the most he has said was they expected a soft landing and that was not the response. Coeur traded Orion 12.7 million CDE shares at 9.17 us for 11,067,747 shares at 113.20 C.. If they made an offer wouldn't Victoria have to divulge it.It's easy to assume

Why are you posting this on the VG board.  I get that they are a large shareholder, but doesn't CDE have its own board?

Simply they filed long ago now an Early Warning Intent to Purchase own 18% and are about to pass at the board the ability to rauise their float from 300m to 600million.
