OCB started the rumor of Coeur trying to steal Victoria

Or to buy it cheap--OCB will say anything ..It gets repeated and all of sudden its fact..
What was the offer Coeur made..?. .Coeur never mentioned an offer and  doesn't John have a duty to relay it to Board and Investors.
That is not Coeur's MO if they really have to have that cash flow and the mine is right which it is they know they will have to pay.Coeur pays fair market value to an overpayPreciosa,Paramount,Silvertip all overpays at the time .With Silvertip they overpaid because it was permitted and producing,.Paramount all shares at low for grade, royalty free and would use existing processing and infrastructue .paid 30 shares about 140million .Preciosa 100million cas and 12 million shares. That was 360 million purchase price.
200million for Silvertip 147cash and 4.1million shares plus another 50million in contingencies of permitting and increase of N43-101.Reserves.

So they filed a letter of intent, had a 6 month deal with Orion which included voting rights, but never made any offer (formal or informal)??  Do you think that is realistic? It is more likely they made a ridiculously low offer that never was even considered.

This is true and sad for the shareholders of CDE, I am thinking in particular of the purchase of La Preciosa, resold with a heavy loss, and of Silvertip, but here the hope would be in exploration. However, this does not mean that, if it succeeds in its capital increase, CDE would be willing to pay much more than its current capitalization for Victoria. It is the market and it alone that ...more

Rather than taking me for a dreamer, why don't you present your arguments to justify a higher price than my estimate? I see that the market currently justifies 15 CAD, nothing more! Honestly, I would not like CDE to give more than 20 CAD and nothing says that another buyer would give more! The CEO of Victoria bluffed it seems to me and the market took notice?
