A positive post

Was just comparing 6 month charts for VGCX vs a few majors. I could lay them on top of eachother. I am truly missing OCD and his generally positive outlook. Since then any positive post seems to be roundly dismissed, as if naievity only runs one way. No wonder whatevver (with no shares apparently) hasn't posted lately, y'all are doing his work for him.

Did any of these majors hit a new 52-week low today?  Are any of them trading below book value? All gold companies are being hit hard because of the fear of gold prices going lower, but Victoria is suffering more than most.  Why is that? Shorting is probably having some impact, but I don't concern myself with the short positions as long as I am confident that the company will still ...more

As they say with the Fed fund rate, it's the relative rate of change that matters. In that light, Victoria is just another gold miner whose SP is getting hammered. I agree, we just have to be patient here.

I've watched VGCX peak and trough 3x now over the last few years. First peak, sold nothing, second time, sold some, third time, more. I have partially broken away from buy and hold forever as the only way to go, but still learning of course :)  "I told you so" ... "I don't think so."
