If you read the fine print in the meeting notice (last paragraph on Page 1) it states:

"Particulars of the foregoing matters are set forth in the management information circular of the Company dated March 25, 2024 (the "Circular"). The Company has elected to use the noticeandaccess provisions under National Instrument 54101Communication with Beneficial Owners of Securities of a Reporting Issuer and National Instrument 51102Continuous Disclosure Obligations ("NoticeandAccess Provisions") for this Meeting."

I haven't read it all yet but my guess is that's why there's been no other release and they intend to announce the Q1 EPS at the meeting.  A very strange way of doing business but when it comes to VGCX management they never cease to surprise.  Best get reading...it's about a 1/2 hour to meeting time.

You make some good points HB. Anything is possible, good or bad, but past experience tells me 90% when something feels off, and my radar goes up, it's usually not something good. Of course this may be the 10% when it's something positive. Just playing the odds. When dealing with lack of info, that's all I got. Capital preservation over greed. lol. Just my opinion.
