Cyanide degradation rapidly in environment
Not a big concern as long as people doesn't drink the polluted water directly.
Cyanide rapidly degrades in water and soil. Feratox pellets may be persistent for several weeks in both water and soil. Paste will degrade more rapidly than pellets at a rate largely determined by exposure to rainfall, moisture and humidity. Cyanide is unlikely to bioaccumulate.

Especially the concentration for heap leach is very low.
