Force Majeure?

What about the possibility of declaring force majeure. It is considered a natural disaster that the company experienced and it would give them some breathing room, particularly in regards to the debt payments coming up.I do not own vgcx but I feel for the shareholders.

PublicEye, I am not so sure this was a natural occuring disaster, as the containment wall breached for some yet to be confirmed reason. Was it an engineering design failure, was too much material layered in the HLP causing undue forces on the containment berm as someone mentioned earlier, was it a human error incident? So much to figure out before making any concrete conclusions. Hopefully all ...more
