The Company advises that it has received Notices of Default from its lenders under the Credit Agreement dated December 18, 2020 (the "Credit Agreement").

Production remains suspended with previous 2024 production and cost guidance forecasts retracted.

In my opnion, the worst has been avoided and the mine is salvageable. It will be a patience play that will involve dilution, renogiating debt, selling a % of the mine or even a take over.

lol 60 plus With all due respect, maybe follow your own advice shared on May 15 Default Notices were completely expected as everyone will be covering their backsides from loss. No mention of the HLF as to integrity or current status, which is 95% of the problem, if it's a write-off that will be a game changer.  Retracting guidance is another way of saying no revenue for an indefinite period of time.  All that was really said is that the spill was contained and water quality is good at this time and the company is in default with the lender's.  ...more
