so

the contractors that take over the clean up will be paid from the 110 million dollar bond that is in place that gets used after Victoria Gold declares insolvency....the assets sold pay the folks who are in the process of initiating all the court proceeding from the trustee that gets appointed..

 The private contractors are all ready on site with millions of dollars in new equipment so it makes sense to use them for the remediation process and or clean up. Bottom line folks is if any savior comes along they will be buying the mine from a trustee for pennies on the dollars....they aint gonna make any deal with Vicgold...

Have to call bs on that one m8 VG would have all the equipment on site required to remediate this slide including excavators, huge haulers, and at least one dozer, until they rescue the other one, which may need to be lifted out of the HLP if possible.
