Sounds like we have best case scenario of bad situation. The doomer chicken littles thar have been trumpeting how this is the end are going to look like fools. At current gold price, there's no way they won't raise $. It may not be under the most favorable terms, but it will be well above the current artificial price.

You may be correct that mining will resume eventually, but not with Victoria Gold...you don't have shares in the Eagle mine, you hold Victoria Gold Corp shares, and they are going to zero. But I admire your gung ho attitude, hope it works out for you...but I seriously doubt it.

I see a lot of broke left wingers and environmentalists that hate mining and "dirty industries" like oil and gas. Companies typically set up in the middle of nowhere making use of lands that would otherwise be untouched. Cynanide organically decomposes. Take any industrial property on outskirts of a populated city or inside cities. Metal recycling yards for example that do so much more ...more

It's mainly the first nations and the way the government has always bowed down to them. These people have nothing. They live in the wilderness and they own vast swaths of land untouched by civilization. But if anyone dares try do extract resources, there's gonna be he'll to pay.
