At 9:00 min.  The Wants are basically no new anything, no license, no dev or ongoing mining on their land.

And YTG goes on to say this will now have to go through all the various legal and case law of the wants.

So if I read between the lines this will take a considerable time to review during which time is sound like there will no work allowed on the site except stabilization, water remediation and cleanup.

I would place a bet that YTG would be loath to allow any ongoing repair remediaiton other that to secure the HEAP

What I heard was that YGT are the regulators that ensure the agreement to mine document is followed by VG. The regulations the First Nations already agreed to. CBC has an intervue with The leader and she mentions that they want the economic benefits brought in by mining. All groups are being very careful to say the right thing. They all need this to be restarted. Biggest employer and tax generator ...more
