It all sounds good on paper but and I say but you need to understand how a board is actually selected and this has always been a problem.  So management puts forth a slate of directors shareholders merely vote for a slate put forth by management so effectively management is selecting the board that supposedly oversees them!  How good is that lol!  Yes there are exceptions to the ...more
