WTF Why not bring in a Vice President of Communication lol?  Seems to me the last thing you need is another mouth to feed.  Why exactly is it that John cannot communicate with shareholders, gov and press?  Maybe the new VP can be paid out of past bonuses lol.......

What really made me wonder is what exactly is going on.  A junior mining co does not need a VP of communications as a matter of fact like most juniors the c suite and BoD is already top heavy. oh well 5m$ here 5m$ there what's few mil. for an addtion to the c suite. I am beginng to wonder who owes to whom what and is JM even rational, or maybe the directors thought what the heck, it'

Well Husky, not sure why you see this as such a mystery.  Seems pretty simple to me.  The hire occurred as per the announcement on June 10th, 2 weeks before the slide event when the company obviously had a way different vision of their future. My guess is that the hire was a result of all the flack VG Management and the BoD Chair took at the annual meeting about the lack of

Seems this was a long outstanding issue.  But a VP as a direct report?  If JM just added VP at a title holder with no VP remuneration  it's a sad day. But like I said "well said". Best
