I felt like I was watching a production rehersal. Some good content but not realy delivered well. Over a month has passed and there still remains much apprehension on what the Yukon government will do. Much better on what they can do such as building the berm but I got the picture of a lot of people being involved in decision making and no real time frames on when the decisions are expected. It
