Interesting that a third emergency pond was already on site

On Page 55, it shows an emergency pond in addition to the other 2 event ponds

Is that the pond they are waiting for lining material to arrive?

Mdjbrown, thank you for finding and posting this Allnorth inspection report. Lots of good info in it. I doubt that's the pond that they're waiting for material to arrive for since the report is dated Nov 20, 2023. That's nearly 8 months. jbrown, I see you went down the same road I did. :) I also went back in time to to try and get a feel of what changed YoY. The reccomendations of assignment of addition duties relating to structures is interesting. Best In my opinion only
