I never thought that it would get to this point, given the circumstances.

I don't think this legal action will help attract new money to the Yukon.

I wouldn't be surprised if Western and Newmont aren't having a good hard second and third look at moving forward to FID in the current environment in The Yukon. Both have initiatives that propose Heap Leach extraction processes. That will probably have to go through an entire re-review. YTG, EMR and FN will possibly strike any request for an HLP down.
