Where does this leave the Victoria Gold shareholders...? 

Victoria Gold shares won't trade for years if ever, what a waste...!

It will be mainly the V G shareholder's and Yukon tax payers that handle the majority of this massive financial mess!

Yes, the Board of directors resigned, the CEO was fired by the receiver. If the receiver has the power to fire a CEO, they also have the power to hire a new one. The company will likely continue operation under the same name, or be bought out. There's a bit of politics and wordplay in the works here, so read and watch everything legitimate available to the public, especially the weekly hour ...more
