Receiver - PWC's First Report - Dated October 1, 2024

The Receiver PWC has certainly been busy since taking over. Looks like a budget of $62 million as per pages 38 and 39 to cover expenses from Aug 14 to Nov 12th. Staying ahead of water containment needs has been a real challenge and the Water Treatment Plant is still not able to treat contaminated water to a level that it can be released directly into Haggart Creek despite ongoing modifications to the WTP to date (see item 77 on page 31).
