The loan facility, bearing interest at SOFR (secured overnight financing rate) plus 8% over 42 months, is contingent on definitive documentation and due diligence.

 

Led by Raymond James, the equity offering involves nearly 29 million units priced at C$0.69 each, with each unit comprising a common share and a purchase warrant.

With gold prices hitting all-time highs obviously the Yukon government needs to get this resolved within 6 months and hopefully not 6 years if ever for frozen Victoria Gold stock investors!

The Yukon Govt does not need to do a SINGLE THING for the Victoria Shareholders.  They need to continue on the path that looks best for the property, FNNND, debtors, former employees etc.  If you get some scaps at some point then fine.
