The other company probably owns the machines, and looks after maintenance and replenishment, the mall owners want a piece of the action as well, Green Roads could possibly just have to supply the product to the partner with no other costs. As long as they make a small profit, doesn't hurt in terms of product awareness, help boost economies of scale, etc.
