VOLTA FILES AMENDED ANNUAL INFORMATION FORM

Volta Resources Inc. has filed an amended annual information form on the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR), which can be viewed electronically under the company's profile. Volta has chosen to file the amended AIF to amend certain disclosure concerning the company's non-material mineral properties. Volta does not view the amendments reflected in the amended AIF as a material change.

If it is the one with June 14th as the document date, it looks to just be an updated version of their year-end report.  I didn't run it through the microscope, but chances are that if there is a change it is in the financials section where maybe an audited has required them to change how something was declared.  I read the front end of it and most of the main stuff seemed to still be ...more

I read the document on SEDAR and there is nothing to be concerned about. Not material.
