Licence renewal in June 2010

The following is taken from the filing on Mar 31, 2010 (Annual Information Form, page 16) on Sedar.    I cannot resist but have to post this (having been waiting for a while now).   Has anyone heard anything about the permit/licence renewal?    Has it been renewed?   Is this also weighed on investors mind -> no movement past $1.50??    I certainly do not want to see one day VTR issues a NR - licence suspended for now... I have lots of riding on this stock.....

by the arête No2007/ 07/116/ MCE/SG/DGMGC. The permit will be due for renewal again in June 2010
for another 3 years subject to the reduction of 25% of the present permit area.

I suggest you email or phone the company if you have any questions... my experience is a reply in 24-48 hours and nobody here will know more than you outside of the NR's.  It certainly hasn't weighed on my mind - don't forget, the IFC is now on board the Kiaka story and that in itself lends a huge vote of confidence to Volta's ability to bring a mine to fruition.  Welcome ...more

stayhumbel, "...I suggest you email or phone the company if you have any questions... myexperience is a reply in 24-48 hours..."I emailed the company as you suggested and still got no answer back after 4 days already... maybe they do not like me asking that question?

My best guess is that after putting on a such a huge drive to get that N1-43101 completed on target and probably a lot of overtime, that a lot of staff have probably gone on vacation for a well-deserved break.  If that's the case, I'm not surprised that the response time is longer.   Looking forward to their reply also and to some good drilling results from Nassara.
