I don't think this has any impact on Volta or any other companies operating in the region.  Revolutions, or new taxes definitely do, but offering asylum to a deposed dictator, I don't think so.

If he was hiding in Burkino and they decided to go get him it sure would cause problems for everyone operating in that country..

I disagree.  First, I don't think the Libyans would chase him into Burkina Faso, second, I don't think the Americans care much what happens to him now that he's out of power, and third, Burkina Faso's friendly to western business interests, so nobody's going to make an excuse to invade them.
