Great, more dilution!

It's funny how they release such "positive" news and people start selling. Maybe they will issue 25M shares at .50? What do you guys think?

I rhink rhat's an absolutely ridiculous comment, and to title a post 'Great, more dilution!' when the news release had absolutely nothing to do with dilution and the company has 21 million in the bank and no debt really exposes what you're trying to do.  But honestly, this is Volta so first, there are only about 6 or 7 retail investors to begin with, and they're all ...more

Where else would they get the financing smart guy? Do you even understand how the game is played. Keep making promises, keep diluting, keep filling your pockets.

They need 600 million, they have 21 million in the bank.  They don't need cash in the immediate term and 12 million's not anywhere near what they need for construction, so why dilute now?  BTW the executive just granted themselves options (a few months ago) at around 72 cents, so diluting now makes NO SENSE in any scenario.
