A PLAINTIVE CRY IN THE WIND

Investors can't make heads or tails out of this coin toss market.

We have learned over the last 2 releases that the company has increased their global resource in a more than large way.

It seems that some investors are looking for good news to whale the stock and leave long investors wailing.

One can only shake their head at this current junior market which has all the makings for an absurdist play.

This is not a case of Waiting for Godot but rather a case of waiting for Gold-o.

I agree with Buckshots69; we could get a wonderful news release from VTR tomorrow, concerning financing, more gold, more copper, you name it, and the market would probably shrug and we would close a penny lower.  We were taken down from $2.40 to current levels not by anything VTR did or didn't do - we have been doing everything right and we are well on our way to building the Kiaka mine - ...more

Curvature, I thought it was a given that a strong Chinese economy has been a strong driver in the upward price of gold.  The 'insurance for a bad economy' may be a theme for you and others, but I doubt that it is significant enough to knock POG down to 1200 if we lost it.  So many other reasons that people are driving up POG.  The economy may or may not be recovering ...more
