JV question

I wonder whether VTR management will be willing to enter into a JV agreement with some major to bring Kiaka to production?   That is another way to get the funds which is provided by a major, say $300mil..... in returns, the major will have offtake agreement in place for the gold produced at market prices with some discount.    That way, VTR does not have to worry about equity issues and/or debts...... and more importantly, have the backing of a major.

Treetop1, the major I am talking about may not even have to be a gold producer...... that major company can be completely a different animal but by doing the deal, it has access to buy gold produced at Kiaka with some discount..... Just look at the Cluff Gold deal with Samsung back in late 2012....... .https://www.reuters.com/article/2012/09/12/cluffgold-samsungct-idUSL5E8KC22I20120912 . Will this ...more
