Rio Alto

Anyone has taken a look at Rio Alto (RIO) La Arena mine, its grade is half Kiaka's, FS is based on $1,600 - $1,800/oz POG...... Yet they are already in production successfully and are profitable, making like $100M a year.   How did they do it?
