Yeah but I don't want to get over excited. The samething happened on June 28th.
Volta closed up by 0.04 & the day after it was down. If POG is up again tomorrow then I would start to beleive it is true

Let me hope VTR has bottomed out at $0.11..... and moves up from here... as I picked up some more at $0.14.....
