We are not considering a financing at these prices.  We have cut our burn-rate considerably to protect our cash reserves.  I am currently at the Denver Gold Forum and last week was at the Precious Metals Conference in Vail.  We had 26 meetings (one on one's) in three days.  There is still a lot of interest in our company.

We have not successfully found an interested buyer in Gaoua yet (tough market!).

We are carrying out an internal review of Kiaka, looking at it in a lower gold price environment than was considered in the PFS.

Great information, thanks.  I would love to be a fly on the wall in those meetings.  I believe that Sprott has estimated that by March, 2014 most majors and intermediates will be in desparate need of new reserves in order to maintain existing cash flows.  If this is accurate there should be some very serious interest in Kiaka by then.  I think the proven success of Essakane and ...more
