What a difference a week makes, up over two dollars in five sessions on higher volume with no 3%-5% per day selloffs, bring on Q4,,!!

Looks like I spoke to soon, plus 2% out of the gate, now minus 2%, the story is all over at PTQ today,,!! Looks like Q4 was March3 last year so another 3 weeks?

Agreed.  Evidence suggests they are still linked in traders' minds.   So I topped up here.  $12.45.  I think we'll be good when they report.

This has got to be one of the most manipulated stocks I have ever owned. Soon they will have to give up on their games and let it run up to fair value. A lot higher from here. N3

Its the low float, with just under 40 million shares out there is not a lot of stock out there to move around, a small amount of sustained buying or selling in any one goes a longway,,. Thought this would have improved with the US listings however its actually gotten worse, fundamentals be dammmed,.

EStreet that is all true. I trade a lot and watch this one close on both sides of the border each day but it is not just the low float. They tick it up and down with lousey 100 share blocks. A lot of the time you will see the A computers react to your orders instantly moving the block size and price. Yes it got worse when they listed on the nasdaq. I think VMD knows this and partly why they plan

Nope, all they said was that they filed a shelf registration for 100 million, just to put in place. That was on 9-3-2020.

One thing I think most here would agree on is that the SP manipulation has gotten worse since listing on the nasdaq. We all have our opinions as to why this happens, at the end of the day the volitility in this stock is concerning. At least to some investors, one day the stock could be $12.50, the next day $13.50, or $11.50 on small trading volume. We have been on a pretty good roll since the end

Tropicalsun back just after they announced it there was a poster who said he called the company about it and they told him they plan to sell shares into the market at 16 and above. He posted it here and stated who he spoke to etc. Anyway it sounded like it was true and what I would do if I was running the show. You're making good sense Neptune3, with 3 plus or minus 6% days in the last 7 trading sessions it hasn't gotten any better. Big profits for those that are on top of the movements,,.  Be interesting in hearing more about increasing the float, something that would normally drive the share price down?

EStreet if they starting selling shares at 16 and above as the stock price rises and put that money to work making more money then it has a positive effect on stock price as the next quarters are announced. I like what they are doing as it is best for shareholders. The manipulaters do not like it as no cheap private placement with warrants attached. I did wonder if they got wind of VMD wanting to
