Overpaid execs

See chart below. Options are suppose to be used as a partial offset to a cash salary. These greedy SOBs take full cash salary and options. Vote against directors to send a message.

I agree they are overpaid, but they run a tight company, and higher people. These guys like to take big salaries, but are still able to make money, adapt to changes during Covid, and grow into other areas like oxygen, and technology, and still have money left to bring more people in. If they didn't have a need for every person they would not spend tthe money. While 2020 was a hard year for ...more

Without the extra covid revenue/net income, the company's core business makes approx 8.5million. The top five executives make approx $8 million and the share price has been stagnant for awhile. Makes zero sense.  PTQ AGM is tomorrow and its shareholders may end up in a similiar boat.
