My opinion - Sell VMD and buy QIPT (formerly PTQ)

If you like the home health care space, why hold VMD which already had a good run,? Why not sell VMD and buy QIPT (PTQ), which is about to have alot of good news coming SOON?

Far better potiential return for your money, than VMD that might take a year or so to return to $16.00?.

Or are you all hopeful, VMD will once again return to the returns of the "OLD" days soon?

VMD had a great run vrs PTQ (QIPT) VMD had 40% organic growth and made a good profit from day one. It listed on the big board and Nastaq awhile ago. PTQ/PHM and now ( QIPT) has been a highly unprofitable roll up with the need for continious financing to grow with little to no organic growth and cash flow. Now VMD's organic/core business growth has slowed , as it was before covid ...more

You're probably right. But I am thinking: dec 2021. $ 16 -18 dec 2022. 23 dec 2023. 27 then buy out around 33 to 35$ One issue is paramount - very large unserved market with significant cost advantage over ...more
