Low Volume:

The stock is dropping on low volume. It is just panic selling for no material reason.

That is true, but the trading day is young, close to 100,000 shares traded thus far in the U.S. My point, a few weeks to slowly recover in the past, and not getting back to the price at which it started the drop in the first place.  The flip side as you say, low volume, sure but down over 50 cents on that volume thus far.GLTA

Getting worse as of my last post, 109,000 shares traded in Canada, down 60 cents. As usual, if this report is nothing, then why are people running for the exit?? GLTA

perhaps you can persuade insiders to start taking advantage of the sell-off and start buying...

So Jackie, here it is in a nutshell. We all know from the past the effects of any announcement surrounding CMS, and the company, specifically regarding the share price, and some shareholders running for the exit, just like we are seeing again today on both sides of the border. Really, how can you blame them, as CMS will do what they do right. I contacted the company, with the hopes they could ...more

It's surfacing now because the OIG released the report on 5/21.  One can't very well expect the company to press release that the OIG is conducting an audit and we can't talk about it because it hasn't been released.  Talk about uncertainty! I wonder whether some of the slower sales growth has been a result of a tightening of protocols over the last few years.
