Besttobe,
Thanks for all your help, in trying to save us from Viemed. There will be no report by year end and the whole thng wll be over. They didn't do anything wrong. CMS already did one audit. They will be auding themselves if they do another audit.

Apria was a different situation (copied and paster below):

"Apria Healthcare, a medical equipment provider with more than 300 offices across the U.S., will pay $40 million to settle billing fraud allegations, the Florida attorney general's office said."

They paid for billing Fraud. I am not sure of your motives, but they aren't good.

Thats key - OIG investigates fraud and misconduct.   Every one agress VMD are guilty of neither So Maximus writes a report that is about lack of documentation - are you kidding ?? And then re-audits the work already done by CMS etc etc Nuts.

Bids came in considerably ...more

ISFCA I know that and the artcle I posted states that.  Again please provided actual proof where is states your allegation there was no savings on NIV vents from the data posted from the last 2021 round of bidding..... I have not seen anything that suggest that. However, I do see it with the other 13 categories.  Thank you in advance....

Yes Apria's situation is difference than VMD's. Correct.  However, the inspector threw it back on CMS to make a decision and deal with their finding. That decision has been left in limbo and isn't helping the stock price. That's it..period. .

Besttobe,      You must have inside information on CMS (which is against the law). Who said it was in limbo? OIG did an audit which came out about a week ago. CMS has said nothing. Do you realy think they are going to Audit themselves again? Please explain.       Like I said before, you are trying to destroy the stock and buy it cheap. Why else would you waste ...more

Who said it was in limbo?  Correct, I have no inside information. however I agree with RBC that said it was in limbo until it is resolved. Even ISCFA agrees it was left in limbo. (see copy of his post below.)  anyway, thats ok. We can agree to disagree. No biggy.   ...more
